Our Cuisine; Our Specialities and their secrets

One of the secrets of the L'Almassera is the cuisine.

We serve all meals in a comfortable inside dining room and on 2 outside terraces

The day starts with a large breakfast buffet served between 8.30 and 10.30 a.m. and consists of:

Home made breads and cakes, a wide range of cereals, Juices, fruit, cheese and hams and jams from local producers and for really hungry people – a big cooked breakfast.

Our evening offer consists menus of 3 courses with food locally sourced from market and garden, fresh to your plate. We do not use prefabricated food at all – It’s all home cooked!

Our specialities are delightful combinations of Eastern and Western dishes.

And afterwards enjoy our home made cakes, tortes, ice creams and Sorbets

We also cater for special diets; vegetarians, vegans. gluten or lactose free food and diabetic meals
